2. Use of Service

• The Service is provided for compliance screening purposes only.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations.
• You must not use the Service for unlawful activities.

3. Service Limitations

• Screening results are based on available public and licensed data sources at the time of the search.
• We do not guarantee that all sanctions/PEP information is up to date in real-time.
• The Service is not a substitute for full compliance due diligence.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and documentation remain the property of KYCer Technologies.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Inaccuracies in screening data.
• Service interruptions or downtime.
• Regulatory or legal penalties incurred by the user.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KYCer Technologies from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
